The eve before gamescom

Good evening everyone!  I hope you've all had a great day and your having a lovely time wherever you are in the world.  Its 20:32 here in Scotland, I am just chilling out watching Asmongold on Twitch and browsing the net.  My day has not been too exciting but I did manage to complete the Parkasaurus campaign.  I'll be writing a review for this game and hope to share it with you all either on Friday or Monday.  I had quite a later dinner so I watched the movie Scoob as I ate, It was like so good!

Tomorrow evening is the beginning of Gamescom 2020 and I cannot wait to see what games and new information gets shared over the weekend.  The opening event will be showing casing a lot of games both new and old, hopefully there are some games that get me excited!  I am crossing all my fingers and toes in hope of a Shadowlands release date during this event, please deliver Blizzard!

In World of Warcraft, I managed to complete a few new achievements over the last couple of days.  I finished up all the achievements available within the Darkshore warfront, leaving me with one to do in the Arathi Highlands warfront.  My current plan is to do any achievements that will most likely be near impossible or very difficult to do next expansion due to the lack of players.

A few new achievements, taking me up to a total of 30210

I will need to spend some time farming island expeditions to try my luck at the toys and mounts I do not have yet.  Ideally, I would like Blizzards to give this some special treatment like they did with the scenarios from Mists of Pandaria and allow players to solo queue islands in Shadowlands.  I wouldn't expect this for launch but it would definitely be a great update later down the line.

I've been trying to not play as much of the Shadowlands beta so I'll be super excited on release.  I played so many hours in the Battle for Azeroth beta, this didn't kill my hype by any means.  I'm just trying to use the content down-time to farm achievements and explore new games.  I do intent to do a replay of each zone over the next few days to see if there are any changes as a friend mentioned that some quests in Bastion have been changed.

I'm not quite sure what game i'll play once i'm finished with Parkasaurus.  It will be a choice between Bastion, Portal Knights, Recettear or Stranded Sails.  I'll let you all know what I pick on Friday!  I'll spend the rest of my evening playing some World of Warcraft and Parkasaurus.  I hope you all have a lovely evening and have a great time watching Gamescom tomorrow!
