Good afternoon everyone! It's Thursday and we are now so close to the weekend (yay!). The weather isn't so lovely today, grey skies with a cold wind. I'll just stay cosy indoors and enjoy playing some World of Warcraft!
World of Warcraft is a game that I have played since it originally launched in 2004. I have invested so much of my time in to this game and always find myself returning if I take a long break. I first set foot in Azeroth as a little Undead Rogue, having no idea what I was doing but just found the whole world amazing and exciting. As the game progressed and new expansions released, I found myself playing a Priest as my main character. Once the Mists of Pandaria expansion launched, I rolled a Monk and haven't looked back since. I like to play as a healer to support my friends and just found Monk to be the perfect class for me.

With the Shadowlands expansion launch coming soon, I am spending my time working on achievements and collecting pets, mounts, toys and transmogs. I did set myself the goal of gathering 5 million gold to be able to buy the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur mount but found making gold rather difficult on my low populated server. Why not transfer you ask?.. I feel so committed to the realm i'm on due to all of my alts and friends playing here. I gave up on the 5 million dream and decided just to earn as much gold as I could to prepare for the new expansion while enjoying my time and not get too burned out with achievement hunting.

Right now my main focus is gathering the pets that I am missing from the pet battle dungeons so that I never have to do them again. I am also working on collecting drops from the rare monsters that spawn in the corrupted Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms zones. I like to finish up as much as I can in the current expansion achievements and collections so that I can focus on things I've missed in the past.
I had a fantastic day yesterday as I felt like I had struck gold after spending 6 hours to finally get my Elusive Quickhoof alpaca mount! I love all things cute so getting this mount brought a massive smile to my face. I also managed to complete a couple of new achievements that I should have done many months ago, I am playing a bit of catch-up in the Mechagon zone.

Today I have spent some time camping rare spawns on several characters with no success so far. Maybe my luck has ran dry after getting this mount...hopefully not. I'll maybe venture back in to Voldun and kill the world boss to try my luck at the third and final alpaca mount to complete my collection! Later in the evening I will do some mythic plus dungeons with some guildies to hopefully snag some upgrades and guarantee that sweet chest on Wednesday.
